Bone meal and meat meal is a brown powder, which is a nutrient-rich and high protein natural animal feed for different kinds of animal such as dog, cat, cattle, fish, duck, chicken, and sometimes used as a high-quality organic fertilizer.
Bone and meat meal is a good choice for animal feed, which is easy to absorb and digest.
3. Bone and meat meal making machine/ Bone and meat rendering plant including the following machine: The whole plant contains screw conveyor, cooker, screw press, decanter, drier, centrifuge, evaporator, boiler, electrical controller and other accessory equipments.
Process flow diagram
After de-iron by electromagnet, the raw material is broken by our single-axis crusher or twin axis crusher, and continued to enter the screw cooker by screw conveyer. The cooked material is sent to screw press. Through the twin screw press, we got the press liquid(liquid material) and press cake(solid material). The press liquid flowed into the press buffer tank and press cake was sent to dryer. By separating the press liquid by decanter, we can get the animal fat. The stick water will go to the concentrate system to get the concentrated liquid which enter the dryer for drying. The powder from the dryer is cooled by meal cooler, screened, grinded and then can be packed.
